PROCEDURE AND SHIPPING POLICY

Client can request the goods via mail to btc@brooklinco.com, or via website

After having choosed the items client will send 15% (fifteen percent) downpayment, this amount is request to cover the preliminary cost for the labor charge and rent of the containers for the delivery.
All orders are processed based on the available brands upon the time of the custmer inquiery arrival.
After this verification we contact back our client sending the list of goods, with a photo of the stock available for the delivery.
All this processi s done in 48 hours from the downpayment received.
When client will approve the full list of his order, in within 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the quantity of the items to be delivered, client can receive the shipment.
When the items will be ready to be delivered client will receive another notification with all the details of shipping.

This is principal procedure for standard order and quantities up to 1.000.000 pieces. Order over this quantity will have a tailor made procedure.

Client has the right to attend inspection and loading of the goods before delivery. Shipping document will be send to client 1 day before the delivery scheduled.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept to cancel the order maximum 3 days after payment done, deducting minimum 20% of the carried cost of preparing the client goods.

For all the other rules we follow the international CIF procedure.
